Return Period
You have 10 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, with the seal intact, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@kojiculture.com.au. After receiving your email, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return. Please note, items will not be accepted for return without prior authorization.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order once your return has been processed.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For shipments to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As with the conditions above, the item must be unused, unopened, with the seal intact, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@kojiculture.com.au.
